Woolhampton CE Primary School

Enabling all to Flourish

Welcome,

Welcome to our school website. Woolhampton Primary is a Church of England school for children from ages 4 to 11. We are situated in a stunning rural location, just to the north of the West Berkshire village of Woolhampton. We value our positive family atmosphere and work hard to ensure that all pupils feel included and safe. As a Church of England School we have strong links with our local church, St. Peter's. If you would like to visit our school please contact us and we will be delighted to arrange an opportunity for you to look around.

Notice Board

We are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant - please see Teach West Berkshire website for more details

  • Thank you to our pupils who sang in the choir at the Douai Pavillion Christmas Market on Sunday afternoon. It was a wonderful way to begin the Christmas festivities!

  • Well done to the y5/6 pupils who represented the school in the Newbury Weekly News annual quiz in aid of the parcel fund this week. They showed great team work and surprised themselves with their general knowledge.

  • The school council did an amazing job raising money for Children in Need on Friday. Finlay W in Year 5 did a quick count of the money taken after school and believes almost £95 was raised from selling dressing-up clothes, toys and books... a fantastic amount! Watch this space for a final figure combined with money donated for wearing spotty accessories to school.

  • Elstree have requested parents park more considerately when collecting and dropping off their children and not obstruct their entrances. Also, please can parents watch their speed when dropping off and collecting from school.

  • Any old newspapers would be gratefully received by the school for covering tables when being creative!

  • Please can parents please use the office@woolhamptonschool.org email address to forward all communication, as Teachers and other members of staff are unable to answer any queries during the day. This will ensure you get a timely response.
